A wine that indicates “serenity of mind”, infusing those who taste it with a feeling of immediate happiness. The PaxMentis Syrah by Tenute Orestiadi comes to life in the vineyards of the hilly countryside of Gibellina, in the heart of Western Sicily, in an area historically suited to wine production. The bunches, harvested in the last ten days of September, partially and naturally dry on the plant for about 20/30 days. After destemming and pressing, and fermentation at a thermo-controlled temperature for 15/20 days, the product obtained is refined in French oak barriques for 12 months. The aromatic bouquet reveals sweet notes of freshly picked red fruits, plum and cherry in alcohol, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla.
