The Cru Rosso di Ludovico, the flagship of a winemaking project dedicated to quality, is a full-bodied, perfectly balanced wine, the result of a love marriage between Nero d'Avola grapes, an ancient Sicilian black pearl, and Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested by hand on the gentle slopes of the Trapani hinterland. It first ages in steel (4/6 months), then in French oak barriques for 16/18 months, completing the process in a horizontal bottle. An iconic red, at the same time austere and intriguing, unmistakable for its richness of aroma and taste.
